Main Plate - $33.00 (similar to the top plate on our traditional box or the front plate on our tower box)
Front plates - $12.00 (similar to the front plate on the traditional box)

Boxes come in two styles: Traditional and Tower and 3 sizes: Small, Medium, and Large
(please use pet's live weight to calculate the correct memorial size).
Each box is custom made when ordered.
We can also provide you with the front and/or top plate if you already have a nice box.
We are also honored to offer our clients the option to add the 2* logo to their Memorial Box or custom plate order. As the EXCLUSIVE partner of 2*, we are the only authorized distributor for the 2* logo on Memorial Boxes, Trading Cards, and Plaques.

No more than 3 lines of type are suggested for those wanting a larger photo on the front (as shown in sample). Additional lines available; however photo size will be reduced.
Each box is hallow. Urn, ashes, or toys are easily placed in the box by removing the four base screws and reattaching the base for display.
Prices are exclusive of taxes (6.5%) and shipping charges ($13.00).
Government Departments needing to be Invoiced may call to place orders with a PO#, otherwise, payment is due immediately following your order placement. Invoice will be emailed and may be payed on-line with a credit card. No box will be started with-out a PO or prior payment.
Since these are custom made, production time averages approximately – 14 days.
Digital, High Resolution photos preferred.
Hard photos accepted via mail for an additional $35.00*.
*Scan and output will only be as good as the quality of the original photo.
